Executive Team

Lauren Rakolta - President

Lauren Rakolta is President of DFM Solutions. She is managing member of the private investment group LRIC, which acquired a majority interest in DFM Solutions in July 2015.

Lauren has spent the majority of her career serving as a senior adviser to both state-wide political candidates in Michigan and national political candidates and committees. She founded The Rakolta Group, a consulting firm focused on campaign strategy and business development for corporations, political committees and candidates.

She joined DFM Solutions in 2015 and directed Business Development and Supplier Diversity initiatives prior to acquisition of a majority interest in DFM Solutions.

A native of Michigan, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the International Facility Management Association. In the Detroit area, she is a member of the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit, she serves on the Founders Junior Council of the Detroit Institute of Arts, and is a member of the Board of Directors of The Parade Company. 


John Evans - Vice President of Operations

John has nearly 25 years of technical experience as a manager and executive with proven results in leading manufacturing and service organizations in team building, safety, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. As vice president of operations, John’s responsibility focuses on areas to develop DFM Solution’s best in class FM service provider systems and processes.  


Paul Bechard - Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Paul Bechard utilizes his over 28 years of experience in facility design, construction, launch and facility management. Bechard drives all sales and marketing opportunities for DFM Solutions. A Central Michigan business graduate and a Six Sigma Green Belt, Bechard has extensive sales and general management experience including working globally while leading high performing teams.

Bechard is a member of (IFMA) International Facility Management Association.


Henry Werner - Director of Operations / Facility Management

Henry Werner is highly experienced Director of Operations. He has nearly 30 years of experience in facility, project, engineering and construction management. He has significant experience in developing and implementing facility and process preventative and predictive maintenance programs and associated processes.

As Director of Operations Facility Management, Henry's responsibilities include developing, launching and leading facility management service programs for multi-site operations.
